During a very stressful time, the SERVPRO employees made me feel much better about things. They were courteous, professional and very helpful throughout the whole process.

I can't stress enough how very kind and understanding all the staff @ SERVPRO were EVERY SINGLE DAY. WE have never had a fire so we had no idea what to expect so having Adam and his team come in and patiently answer 1 million questions (no joke) over & over & over without losing their minds was over the top customer service to us. The ladies that cleaned were very pleasant and did a hell of a great job scrubbing the soot off of everything salvageable. Vicki even gave me a hug one day knowing that's just what I needed. Everyone was like family acting like it was their own home. I know the first week, I was like a broken record asking literally the same questions repeatedly. I'm surprised Adam and David come back (wink, wink). Anyway, all in all, we couldn't have asked for a better experience and I will definitely recommend SERVPRO to anyone needing cleaning/restoration. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable and if I could, I would give 1,000,000 thumbs up!!!!

SERVPRO took over after a competitor was not getting the job done. They were urgent but careful, thorough and communicated really well so we knew what was happening and why. Friendly and professional. They could have trash-talked the competition, but did not. Very impressive overall.

Already stressed and sleepless from the main line sewer clog that backed up the night of 10/23/16 in our unfinished utility room and seeped into the finished sitting room, family room, and stairwell areas, the next day Adam and Jeff made the explanation and paper work process as easy and helpful as possible. That same day, Dustin and Simon began the work of cutting drywall and paneling, removing baseboards, door jambs, cutting out wet carpet and moving/stacking furniture and wall hanging in untouched areas.

Dustin took the lead that day and the following days and was extremely nice, friendly, courteous and reassuring through the whole disaster with disinfecting, cleaning, monitoring and hauling debris away with Chad's help that day. In addition, I needed to keep one particular appointment on Thursday and very much appreciated that David was able to come over earlier in the morning to attend to the equipment monitoring. That was extra helpful. Adam came the last day to pick up the 19 snails fans and I told him how much I appreciated him and the guys on the SERVPRO team who handled the clean up at our house.

Not wishing that kind of experience on anyone, I would have to say that SERVPRO's people have a very high level of response, professionalism and cooperation, and should we (heaven forbid) or anyone else need this type service, we would not hesitate to recommend SERVPRO. Since my husband was not in the country at the time of this calamity, when he did return, he was also impressed with how clean and organized the lower level looked from the good job SERVPRO provided.
